Cancellation Policy
For Trainings:
If you sign up for a training and would like to cancel at least 7 days before the course begins, you will receive a refund of the full price minus a $75 fee to cover my credit card and administrative fees.
If you cancel less than 7 days before a training begins, you will receive a 50% refund.
Once the training has begun, I cannot offer you a refund. If something comes up and you cannot attend in-person, you can complete the course at your own pace by listening and watching the recordings online instead.
For Private Sessions:
If you need to cancel your session, I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible.
Cancellations more than 24-hours before your appointment time will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged the full session price.
